We're opening a new/old bar in Fairhaven called Ice Chest (former Rochester's/Harpoon Lounge). Manny Mello is going to help with the cooking and your incredible Coconut Shrimp keeps coming up when we talk about the food. Would you share some pointers so we can all have a taste of Coconuts back home? We were thinking a road trip to sample them again might be necessary! Hope all is well in St. Thomas.
